Fatin Rabia’tul Adawiyah binti Mohammed Fareed is a PhD candidate at SOASCIS and her research title is “Amalan Pengurusan Islam: Satu Kajian di Sebuah Intitusi Kerajaan di Negara Brunei Darussalam.” She graduated from Kolej Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) with a Bachelor of Religious Teaching in Usuluddin and Master of Religious Teaching in Management and Administration. Her studies in management and administration made a significant contribution in her phd studies. In studying Islamic management practices she also studied Islamic work ethics as well as leadership applied in promoting Islamic management practices. Her articles entitled “Peranan Islam dalam Pengurusan dan Pentadbiran Negara Brunei Darussalam” have been published in Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam and “Kepentingan Amalan Pengurusan Islam dalam Pentadbiran dan Perkhidmatan Awam Negara Brunei Darussalam” in ar-Ra’iq Journal.
