He is a recipient of UBD Graduate Scholarship. He has earned a master’s degree in Defense & Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University (Islamabad), Political Science from University of the Punjab (Lahore) and Master of Philosophy in International Relations from Preston University (Islamabad).
Muhammad Adil Iqbal has previously served in Senate of Pakistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and British Council. He is an avid reader and occasionally writes for various national dailies of Pakistan and Brunei Darussalam. He is one of the associate editors for the Journal of Islamic Governance, Institute of Policy Studies, UBD. He resides in UBD Core Residential Collage, likes playing Futsal, watching English movies and loves eating Bruneian food. Muhammad Adil Iqbal is also the President of the UBD International Students Club (UBDISC).
